Stuffed bell pepper: quick & delicious

A simple and quick starter; double the amounts to make it a normal meal.
Ingredients: 1 bell pepper, 50 grams of smoked salmon, potato salad, cucumber.
Slice the bell pepper open at the top, spoon out the seeds and stuff with (ready-made) potato salad.
Prepare the salmon and cucumber and cut the pepper in two. Add some lemon juice, pepper and ketchup. Enjoy!
