Recipe: a bunch of vegetables
A simple and healthy winter dish

Cut in small equal pieces sweet potato, onion, leeks, carrot, tomatoes, zucchini and garlic. Mix with some olive oil, pepper
and salt. Put it in a 180 C oven for 50 minutes. Than throw some cheese and chestnuts on top Turn the oven on 'grill' for
the last 10 minutes. If you like meat, add some bacon cubes. Bon appetit! For more recipes click here.

Tip: cut large X into the tip of the chestnut before putting in an oven or microwave.
